Ecosia, the search engine that plants trees, wanted to re-activate two segments of app users who had stopped engaging with the app.
Method
Devised the re-engagement strategy for the internal team.
Recommended investigating the issue for each of the segments via a survey and user interviews.
Suggested creative ways to address pain points and highlight the value of using Ecosia over competitors.
Results
Created a plan to address pain points for each segment, including a follow-up campaign, an always-on campaign, extensions, and metrics for success.
