I worked directly with the new CEO of a medium size company going through a high growth phase. Most of the company's focus in the past year had been placed on client engagement - sales, services and delivery. The growth of the company outpaced the acquisition of new employees. Employee engagement had been lacking and the added stress of being understaffed and overworked and feeling isolated, uninformed, and unacknowledged was leading to a high employee turnover rate. I collaborated with HR and Marketing leadership to determine the causes of employee dissatisfaction and what types of programs to implement to build connection, provide clarity and trust, and build morale through performance recognition and celebration.
