Assessed the current data systems in place and identified the problem areas. Determined that instituting a new and cohesive data collection and deciphering process across business units was necessary for organization, collaboration, and growth. Researched various platforms and decided on the one most suitable to the client's needs. Organized a project team made up of internal IT staff, consultants, and vendor partner. Created project timeline and deadlines and oversaw the work laid out in 3 separate phases. Kept client's executive leadership team updated. Created communications to keep client's employees informed. Once the new system was implemented, oversaw the training of those using the new system and the management of the data input and deciphering of data. Organized regular leadership team meetings to examine the data, lay out a strategy plan, put strategic goals in place, determine how to accomplish those goals, create action plans and identify stakeholders and determine deadlines, follow up on progress towards accomplishing goals and meeting deadlines.
