FlowPhoenix is an AI automation services company for modern businesses that are done doing things the slow way. From workflow automation and data entry to CRM integrations their systems run on real-time, webhook-based technology. Fast, reliable and with a lot less friction.

Challenge Their problem was not the product it was positioning and visibility. A lot of businesses already carried similar brand name and symbols so standing out was not nice to have it was everything.

I was told to avoid the obvious like stuff like phoenix wings, flames, rising symbols it's been done to death and it did not feel right for where they were headed. They needed something that felt genuinely fresh, rooted in AI, tech and automation and completely their own.

My Role I took this one from brief to final delivery a complete brand identity. Logo system, color palette, typography, photography, Card and IDs, social media templates and brand guide. Everything they needed to show up consistently and confidently.

Approach I kept coming back to one word flow it's in their name, it's what their product does and it gave me a real creative direction to work from. Movement, continuity, systems running smoothly in the background. That became the foundation everything else was built on.

What made this one interesting was balancing the tech side with something that actually felt human. Automation can easily come across cold and distant and that was not going to connect with the younger audience they were trying to reach.

I pushed the brand somewhere warmer and more approachable, without letting it lose that confident, modern edge.

Result A brand identity that gives FlowPhoenix its own space in a crowded market. Fresh, relevant and recognisably theirs.
