Overview
CollectFast is an AI-driven accounts receivable and collections platform designed to help businesses improve cash flow, reduce outstanding dues, and automate follow-ups at scale.
Built as an internal venture and backed by angel investors, the objective was to create a revenue operations system that transforms how businesses manage collections, moving from manual tracking to intelligent, automated execution.
Challenge
Manual follow-ups leading to delayed payments and inconsistent cash flow
Lack of structured systems to manage receivables at scale
Poor visibility into outstanding invoices and customer behavior
Communication workflows were reactive and unstructured
No intelligence layer to prioritize or optimize collections
This created a gap between invoicing and actual revenue realization.
Approach
CollectFast was built as a full-stack AR and collections system, combining automation, intelligence, and structured workflows.
1. Revenue Recovery System Design
Structured the entire collections lifecycle from invoice to payment
Defined workflows for tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups
