SOLUTION
We performed a technical + on-page SEO optimization without redesigning the site or changing its layout.
Fixed indexing issues, updated robots.txt and generated a proper sitemap.xml
Rewrote Title + Meta Description with local intent (city, state, “near me” modifiers)
Built internal linking between service pages and geo-targeted pages
Compressed images, converted them to WebP, added ALT tags
Delivered a mini keyword list (for future blog posts + landing pages)

Average position for “garage door repair north texas” improved from #26 → #14
“Garage door service near me” queries started appearing in Local Pack results
