Developing a New Feature for Micro-Mobility Platform
The Problem: The absence of user roles
As the user base grew, this problem became apparent. Users had full unrestricted access which caused administrative issues for fleet operators.
The solution
First, based on our user research, I created an information architecture mind map, user flow and wireframes, outlining possible screens and options.

And assigning roles to users is an input field with autocomplete functionality. This input field will be integrated into the modal form for adding/editing users.
