Racy Retreat is an online adult lifestyle brand created to deliver a premium, discreet shopping experience for lingerie, toys, and accessories. The client wanted a store that combined style and functionality while tackling the unique challenges of adult e-commerce โ€” from product curation to payment processor compliance.

Applied inventory logic (only products with stock >5 to avoid customer frustration).
Prioritized inclusivity โ†’ 65% of lingerie SKUs were plus-size.
Manually added front + back product images for lingerie to improve UX.
Trust & Conversion Signals
Seeded 122 starter reviews to build early social proof.
Added collection-level banners for authority and consistency.
Compliance & Payments
Researched and recommended adult-friendly payment processors (Segpay, CCBill, Durango, Corepay).
