Project Overview
Teppich is a professional carpet cleaning service built on one simple promise: cleaner spaces, healthier living. The goal of this project was to design a website that makes people feel the same confidence online that they expect once the job is done—clean, clear, and reliable.
This wasn’t just a redesign. It was about transforming a practical, everyday service into a compelling digital experience that converts.
The Challenge
When someone searches for carpet cleaning, they’re often in a hurry—and trust matters more than creativity. The challenge was to:
Communicate reliability within seconds
Stand out in a sea of similar local services
Make booking fast, simple, and stress-free
Visually reflect cleanliness without feeling generic
The Design Approach
I designed the site with a “clean-first” mindset—both visually and structurally.
The interface uses:
Light, fresh tones to instantly signal hygiene
Strong typography for readability and confidence
Clear spacing and sectioning to support fast scanning
Every design choice reinforces the same message: this is a service you can trust.
From Browsing to Booking
Instead of long explanations, the site guides users naturally:
A clear hero section answers what, where, and how immediately
Services are broken into short, benefit-led blocks
CTAs appear exactly when users are ready to act
On mobile, booking is always just a thumb-tap away.
