MotJo — Designing a Digital Agency Website for Unlimited English Copywriting
Project Overview
MotJo is a digital agency offering unlimited English copywriting for brands that need speed, consistency, and quality—without the friction of per-project pricing. The goal of this project was to design an engaging, high-conversion website that clearly explains an unfamiliar service model while positioning MotJo as a reliable, premium writing partner.
This case study focuses on turning an abstract offer (“unlimited copywriting”) into something clear, tangible, and trustworthy.
The Challenge
Unlimited copywriting is powerful—but also easy to misunderstand. The main challenges were:
Explaining a subscription-based model without confusion
Building trust in an industry where quality varies widely
Standing out in a crowded content and copywriting market
Convincing visitors that unlimited doesn’t mean low quality
The website needed to remove doubt quickly and replace it with confidence.
Strategy & Design Thinking
The core strategy was simple:
clarity first, persuasion second.
If users understand the model and trust the process, conversion follows naturally.
1. Immediate Value Communication
The hero section was designed to answer three critical questions instantly:
What MotJo offers (unlimited English copywriting)
Who it’s for (founders, marketers, growing teams)
Why it works (simple subscription, fast turnaround, consistent quality)
Strong headlines, supporting subtext, and a focused CTA make the value obvious within seconds.
2. Simplifying the “Unlimited” Model
Instead of long explanations, the service is broken down visually:
How requests are submitted
How revisions work
How delivery timelines are handled
Short sections, icons, and scannable copy turn a complex idea into a simple workflow users can trust.
3. SaaS-Inspired, Confidence-Driven Design
To reinforce reliability and scale:
Clean, SaaS-style layouts were used
Typography carries authority and clarity
Generous spacing reduces cognitive load
A restrained color palette keeps focus on messaging
The design feels like a product—not a freelancer portfolio.
4. Conversion Without Pressure
Rather than aggressive sales tactics:
CTAs appear after clarity and proof
Benefits are written in outcome-focused language
Pricing and plans are presented transparently
Contact and sign-up flows are frictionless
This builds trust while respecting how modern buyers decide.
