Finalize an event pdf for circulation.

Standard video request from speakers:

A 90 sec - 3 min promo video that introduces who they are, what they will be speaking about, and why they are excited about the event.

Schedule interviews for promotional purposes, utilize this scheduling link.

Send out a packet to speakers providing all the content they need: graphics, site, ad copies

Ask speakers for email lists -- then send content “from” their email so replies go to them

Send out personal invitations to all private clients via personal text & email, the fancy paperless post options have not performed well in the past.
