As the Event Manager for UBS Mid-Year Outlook 2023: Tipping Points, I not only executed my event coordinator duties with precision but also took on additional responsibilities to ensure the seamless execution of the event. Leading all calls with stakeholders, managing the project timeline, handling all communication and troubleshooting requests on event day, and being the main source of communication throughout the event cycle and event day, I worked closely with designers, producers, and developers to create an exceptional virtual experience.

UBS Mid-Year Outlook 2023: Tipping Points was a significant live virtual hybrid experience hosted by UBS Singapore, a globally renowned financial services firm operating in over 50 countries. Our goal was to deliver actionable insights and fresh perspectives to investors through expert analysis from the Chief Investment Office and industry thought leaders.

In my capacity as the Event Manager and Event Coordinator, I oversaw the virtual aspect of the event, utilizing Touchcast, a leading US-based Metaverse as a Service (MaaS) company's cutting-edge platform. Through Touchcast's proprietary Content Management System (CMS), I curated the event page and worked closely with the production team to create an immersive virtual experience for both on-site and remote participants.

Collaborating closely with UBS and Experience Matters, our esteemed clients, I ensured effective communication to fully understand their objectives for this annual event. I managed the timely delivery of creative assets, resolved technical issues, supervised the production team pipelines, and conducted live polls to engage participants both virtually and in-person.
