20 Years of Future Terror: DJ NOBU & Haruka (JP)

Event Location: Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺

Construct, DUNJ, Innerspace, and Strange Signals, four Sydney-based music collectives, united to present 20 Years Of Future Terror with DJ NOBU & Haruka (JP). The event was the culmination of the Japanese powerhouse's extensive music knowledge and niche selections, which had earned them global recognition. With a strong reputation in the techno scene, DJ NOBU and Haruka returned to Sydney for an all-night-long session in an expansive industrial location.

As a member of the organising team, my responsibilities included assisting with the bump-in and bump-out of the event. I also played a role in communications with the artists' agents, coordinating their accommodation, visas, and travel arrangements. Additionally, I promoted the event through targeted Facebook ads, reaching a wider audience, generating buzz, and creating social media content.

The night proved to be a resounding success as DJ NOBU, and Haruka showcased their refined musical expertise to a captivated crowd. The carefully curated venue provided an ideal backdrop for the immersive experience, with the collaboration of Construct, DUNJ, Innerspace, and Strange Signals creating a mesmerising sonic landscape.
