Career Pathways Development Project

State agency project to create in-demand career pathways at community colleges in California. My role was to conduct and collect research to determine skills needed by employers in the IT space, work with community college educators and leadership to develop career pathways & associated curriculum, and ultimately encourage colleges to implement these pathways at their campuses.

My participation in and coordination of faculty teams and outreach to community colleges statewide resulted in 80% of colleges voluntary adopting the new curriculum/programs developed.
