Sophisticated system designed to automate the process of order status management based on APIship (API integration platform) for delivery companies.

My role: Project Manager.

In total a team of 3 was involved (project manager, a developer and PM's assistant)

It was designed for e-commerce shops and allows to save time and money on order management by allowing business owners to do the following:

— Adjustable rules for delivery price calculation

— Dynamically calculate and display expected delivery date for orders

— Display visualization of pickup points on maps with auxiliary options and itinerary description

— Receive and display order delivery state among dozens of courier companies

— Transmit order information with a click of one button

—Automate routine tasks for sales staff and shop operators
