Ship a time‑boxed MVP from scratch, covering the core flows—messages, channels, social feed, and wallet send/request/confirm—with production‑ready UI. Establish a lean component library that covers only missing and high‑leverage patterns to accelerate delivery and ensure visual and behavioral consistency, rather than building a full‑scale design system. Align design decisions to business outcomes by reducing time‑to‑first transfer and increasing wallet activation while upholding accessibility and a robust dark theme. Desktop‑first delivery with mobile parity for key wallet and P2P actions.
