Social Media Multi-Brand Copywriting

This project represents my work across multiple client brands in different industries, audiences, and growth stages.
Some brands came in without a defined voice. Others had an existing identity that needed sharper messaging and better consistency.
My responsibility was to step in as a thinking partner, not just a writer, and shape content that actually made sense for each brand’s goals.

What I worked on

1. Content ideation & direction Before writing anything, I focused on what should be said.
Built content themes aligned with business intent
Created idea banks to avoid one-off, trend-led posting
Ensured every post fit into a broader narrative
This helped brands move from “what do we post?” to “this is what we stand for.”
2. Brand-specific copywriting I wrote copy and captions tailored to each brand’s personality and audience.
Scroll-stopping hooks without clickbait
Clear, conversational captions that read human
Story-driven copy when depth was needed
Each brand had its own rhythm and the writing reflected that.
3. From scratch vs. within existing brands
I worked across two types of setups:
Brands built from the ground up
Defined tone, voice, and writing principles
Established content frameworks for long-term use
Set a clear foundation they could scale with
Established brands
Adapted to existing guidelines
Improved clarity and consistency
Strengthened messaging without breaking identity
4. Working across genres & audiences The brands spanned different industries and audience mindsets, which meant constantly shifting approach.
Informative vs. narrative content
Emotional vs. practical messaging
Short-form clarity vs. long-form storytelling
The constant was intention and never generic output creation.

My approach

Understand the brand beyond the brief
Identify what actually matters to their audience
Translate that into repeatable content pieces
Write copy that sounds natural, not AI generated and skippable
Refine for clarity, flow, and platform context
