QubitTasks is a project management platform designed to help teams organize projects, manage tasks, collaborate, and keep track of work from one place.
I designed the product from the ground up — from user flows and wireframes to the final interface, reusable components, responsive layouts, prototype, and developer handoff. I also designed the QubitTasks logo.
The Challenge
Project management can quickly become complicated when tasks, people, deadlines, files, conversations, and project updates are spread across different places.
The challenge was to bring these workflows into one clear workspace without making the product feel overloaded. It needed to work for everyday task management while also supporting larger projects, teams, and client collaboration.
Home Page Flow
From Structure to Interface
I started by defining the main product flows and how users would move between projects, tasks, teams, calendar, chat, and files.
I then translated those flows into wireframes to work through navigation, hierarchy, and key interactions before moving into the final interface.
This created a clear foundation for the product and helped keep the experience consistent as different workflows came together.
Home Screen
Brand Identity & Design System
Alongside the product experience, I designed the QubitTasks logo and established a visual direction that could work consistently across the brand and interface.
I then built a reusable design system covering navigation, buttons, forms, task states, cards, tables, and other recurring components. This helped keep the product consistent while making it easier to extend across new screens and responsive layouts.

The Final Experience
The final design brings projects, tasks, teams, clients, calendar, chat, and files into one connected workspace.
My focus was to create a clear and consistent product foundation that could support different workflows while leaving room for the product to grow.
