"Build a digital marketplace connecting 5 million beauty professionals with customers in emerging Brazilian cities during the pandemic"
The Challenge
During COVID-19, I was commissioned to create a proof of concept for Palmas, Brazil - a city of 300,000 residents with a growing middle class but limited digital beauty solutions. The goal: validate a two-sided marketplace in just 8 weeks using no-code tools.
Visual identity system: Bold purple (#7B2FF7), differentiating from typical pink beauty brands

Project Outcome
The proof of concept successfully validated market demand and technical feasibility, processing real transactions in Palmas without issues
Despite successful validation, the project was discontinued due to pandemic-related funding constraints. However, the complete design system and production-ready codebase remain available for future reactivation.
