GlowPlan AI: a 27-second launch ad
Concept project for a fictional SaaS product, a tool that lets skin clinics show clients a treatment preview from one photo. A vertical ad for Reels and Meta ads that explains the product fast and ends on a clear free-trial call to action.

The challenge
Most viewers decide in the first 3 seconds and watch with the sound off. The ad had to hook with a real pain point, show the product working before second 10, and stay readable without audio.
Storyboard first
I started with a beat-by-beat storyboard: hook, problem, reveal, setup, demo and CTA. Every beat has a job and a time budget, so the edit stays tight.

The edit
Every shot that did not move the story was cut. Captions sit on their own track, UI zooms and highlights on a second track, and a soft music bed lifts at the before/after reveal, with gentle swooshes on the wipe.

Look & feel
A plum, rose and peach palette that matches the beauty space, with an italic serif accent for the emotional line. Captions highlight one key word per line, and motion follows one rule: ease-out entries on the beat, clean cuts out.
