Concept project for a fictional specialty coffee shop. The brief: launch the Instagram account with a feed that looks consistent, warm and easy to keep up after handoff.
Project overview
Small cafés often post whatever they have that day, so the feed ends up messy and hard to recognize. Lilac Café needed a simple system: a few post types, a clear palette and illustrations that work without professional photos.
The approach
Instead of designing 12 one-off posts, I built three templates on the same grid: product launch, social proof and promotion. Each one has a fixed safe zone, headline size and CTA position, so new posts stay on brand.

Stories
Stories reuse the same pieces in a vertical format: a menu teaser, an interactive poll to drive replies, and a weekend offer with the address.

Mini brand kit
A soft lilac palette with plum for contrast, Lora for warm headlines and Inter for prices and hours. Flat top-view cups and beans replace photos, so the feed stays recognizable at a glance.

Scope
12 feed posts (1080 × 1080)
3 stories (1080 × 1920)
Caption copy for each post
Editable source files and PNG exports

A 12-post Instagram feed, 3 stories and a mini brand kit for a neighborhood café: three post templates the owner can keep reusing.
