The AI Note-Taking Dashboard is designed to transform how teams capture, organize, and act on meeting insights. Built with a modern and intuitive interface, this dashboard integrates video conferencing, AI-powered note generation, and task management into a single seamless experience. Its purpose is to reduce manual workload, improve clarity, and ensure no critical detail gets overlooked during collaboration.

In fast-paced work environments, meetings often result in scattered notes, misaligned action items, and forgotten follow-ups. Traditional note-taking tools lack real-time intelligence and require manual effort, which can lead to inefficiencies and lost productivity. Teams face challenges in extracting clear insights, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring accountability after every meeting.

This design addresses those challenges by embedding AI-driven summaries, transcripts, and actionable insights directly into the meeting dashboard. By centralizing recordings, documents, attendance, and automated tasks, it ensures a single source of truth for all stakeholders. The design prioritizes clarity and usability, giving users instant access to meeting purposes, AI-generated recaps, and structured follow-up actions without navigating multiple platforms.

Elements that are close together are perceived as more related than those farther apart. In the “After” design, the meeting title is repositioned to the top center above the video, aligning with users’ natural reading flow and visual hierarchy. This makes the title the first element users notice, clearly serving as the heading for the entire meeting content. In contrast, the “Before” design placed the title in the right-side column above the Share button, grouping it with secondary controls and making it less prominent and easier to overlook. By applying the Law of Proximity, the design improves scan ability and ensures critical information like the meeting’s context is immediately visible.
