📌 Client

Monica Wilcox Interiors, a luxury interior design firm specializing in high-end residential projects, with a focus on elevated, lifestyle-driven spaces.

✨ Project Overview

Monica Wilcox Interiors brought me on to elevate their social media presence and create a more cohesive, engaging digital identity that reflects the level of their work. My role was to move beyond inconsistent posting and begin building a structured content system that showcases not only the finished designs, but the lifestyle, process, and brand behind them.

🎯 The Goal

The objective was to: • Connect the audience and potential clients to the person behind the business (Monica Wilcox) to eventually put her in the perfect place to move into thought leadership. • Create more intentional, lifestyle-driven content that resonates with a higher-end audience • Increase engagement and build a more connected audience • Begin establishing consistency in posting and brand voice

🧠 The Challenge

The brand had strong visual assets and high-quality work, but the content lacked: • consistency in posting • clear direction in messaging • a structured system for planning and execution
Additionally, much of the most valuable content (installs, behind-the-scenes moments, client interactions) required real-time capture, meaning content couldn’t rely solely on existing assets.
Another key challenge was balancing:
👉 luxury positioning with 👉 relatable, engaging content
The content needed to feel elevated, but still human and engaging enough to perform well on social platforms.

🛠️ My Role

As the social media manager and content creator, I handled: • 📅 Content planning & strategy: Developing a more structured approach to posting and content direction • 🎥 On-site content capture: Filming installs, meetings, and behind-the-scenes moments • ✂️ Video editing + post-production: Creating polished, platform-ready content optimized for engagement • 🧠 Creative direction: Identifying what types of content would best resonate with the target audience • 📱 Posting & platform management: Executing content across Instagram and adapting for other platforms • 💬 Engagement: Interacting with comments and maintaining an active presence • 🔄 Content repurposing: Maximizing each piece of content across multiple formats and platforms

📈 Results (Early Phase) • 📊 Increased engagement compared to prior posting patterns • 📈 Initial growth in audience interaction within the first few weeks • 🎯 Stronger alignment between content and brand identity • 🔁 Established foundation for a scalable, consistent content system
