About the Client

Strengths & Solutions helps companies and institutions unlock their potential with tailored programs in training, coaching, and organizational development. Their mission: foster sustainable growth by aligning individual strengths with organizational needs.

The Challenge

Strengths & Solutions needed more than just a professional digital identity. As a consultancy working extensively with Black communities and Black-led organizations in the US, it was crucial that the brand felt authentic, relatable, and aspirational.
The challenge was to create a visual language and digital presence that would:
Convey trust and authority in the consultancy space
Resonate with their audience, with cultural sensitivity and pride
Balance approachability and premium professionalism
Provide a functional, modern website to showcase services and build credibility

The Solution

We led the project from brand identity to live website:
Branding: Developed a strong, human-centered identity system (logo, typography, colors) that communicated professionalism while connecting emotionally with the audience.
Web Design: Designed a clean, modern, and accessible website highlighting services, case studies, and values.
Webflow Development: Built the site fully responsive, SEO-friendly, and optimized for performance.

The Result

The outcome is a culturally attuned brand system and elegant website that reinforce Strengths & Solutions as a trusted consultancy partner. By designing with intention for its core audience, the brand now resonates strongly with Black communities and leaders across the US, while projecting professionalism that appeals broadly to all clients. The practice has known quite a bit of success following the rebrand and managed to grow from 3 psychologists to 13 !
