The Beginning: In the Fall semester of 2019, I took on the challenge of revitalizing the Electrical Team at San Antonio College Motorsports. The team's project of creating a street-legal hydrogen fuel-cell car had been abandoned by all but a few disinterested students. Eager to build community and create opportunities, I worked tirelessly to breathe new life into the team. Through advertising, hosting information sessions, and tabling on campus, I successfully grew the team from a handful of members to a thriving group of twenty.

The Journey: As the Spring semester approached, the COVID-19 pandemic brought an abrupt halt to our project. Undeterred, I channeled my passion for community building into content creation. Initially facing challenges with live streaming and video production, I persevered through days of viewerless streams and struggles with algorithm visibility. Over time, I honed my skills in marketing and brand identity, building a strong social media presence and directing engagement to my Twitch streams. My efforts paid off, and I became a Twitch Partner within a month of optimizing my content strategy.

The Success: My dedication and hard work have paid off, leading to remarkable success in the virtual world. With 300,000 followers across Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, I have garnered 3.4 million views across platforms. My continuous growth is a testament to my commitment to engaging my audience and building a vibrant community.

Current Focus: I am now focused on growing my YouTube channel to cultivate a more attentive community. Transitioning from TikTok, I aim to create content that keeps viewers engaged for longer periods. In just a short time, I have already achieved 800 watch hours, a significant increase from the previous year's performance.
