For this project our team reviewed two YouTube channels, providing detailed observations on content, ads, and engagement strategies. Tasks included watching and analyzing videos, offering constructive feedback, liking, sharing, and subscribing to boost exposure. Engagement totaled 87.45 minutes for the motivational channel and 96.45 minutes for the English-Filipino channel. We identified key strengths, improvement areas, and ad insights, helping optimize content and audience retention. The project successfully tripled visibility while offering actionable recommendations for growth.
