Overview:
I had the privilege of leading the development of a comprehensive web platform designed to streamline Medicaid applications and renewals for nursing homes. This project, built on the Bubble.io platform, serves multiple user roles including corporate administrators, facility staff, caseworkers, and technical administrators. It ensures efficient management of Medicaid processes, enhancing both user experience and operational efficiency.

Provided tools for managing patient records, uploading documents, tracking tasks, and generating reports.

Integrated document scanning and storage solutions using DocuSign for secure electronic signatures and document management.
Patient Screening and Contract Forms:
Designed user-friendly interfaces for patient screening, capturing essential details and assessing Medicaid eligibility.
Created customizable contract forms with digital signature capabilities, enhancing workflow efficiency.
Technical Administrator Dashboard and User Support:
Developed a comprehensive dashboard for technical administrators to oversee system operations.
Included a user support and training section with FAQs, tutorials, and custom support options to assist users effectively.
Updates Model and Notifications:
Implemented a dynamic updates model allowing administrators to send targeted updates to specific user groups.
