Recently worked on a full customer service rebuild with #n8n and #GorgiasAI. Used n8n for intelligent priority setting, routing to agents, replies to specific queries powered by an external RAG and then note capture on fault issues. So far taken the backlog of tickets from 5,000 down to 100.
