Africa Bitcoin Institute Website Redesign and Build

Africa Bitcoin Institute is dedicated to exploring and shaping Africa’s engagement with Bitcoin through research, education, and policy development. They provide research and policy guidelines tailored to Bitcoin’s unique opportunities and challenges in the African context. 

The Institute had an existing website but they needed a brand refresh to position themselves firmly as a continent serving leader, and make it easier to scale their digital presence as their organizational impact scales as well.

There was a huge time constraint as the website was to be showcased at an international Bitcoin conference less than 2 weeks from when I was commissioned to start the project.

Rapid Iteration of layouts and High Fidelity designs made the decision making easier and helped us move faster and arrive at the final design. Setting up style guides and components in elementor also helped speed up the development process.

The website was ready before it was the deadline and it helped the Institute to have a beautiful presentation in the conference.
