Pelana reimagines personal finance as a gamified idle experience where users level up avatars, manage resources, and grow financially through engaging daily habits. The goal was to design a finance companion that feels playful, rewarding, and emotionally engaging while remaining practical and data-driven.

Most finance apps feel cold and transactional. We wanted to create something different a finance tool that motivates users through storytelling, light progression mechanics, and emotional reward loops. The challenge was finding the balance between fun and function ensuring users stay financially aware while still feeling immersed in the game-like experience.
