Where You’ll Find Me: Based in Ontario, Canada, I’m often working from my home office or out for a long walk. After retiring from nursing in November 2021 due to heart issues, I built my business from bedrest when I was unable to walk to the mailbox. Now, healthy and grateful, I walk 15-20K steps a day, rain, snow, or shine.

My Family: I’m happily married, and together with my husband, we’ve raised two incredible adult kids who inspire me every day. My family has been a constant support on this journey, and I’m grateful to be on this path with them.

What I Love: Outside of work, I’m busy volunteering, reading, walking, hiking, camping, and/or traveling. I’m also often working on my own fiction novel and spend much of the summer writing from beautiful outdoor spots.
