Partnering with IT and communications, I built the AI framework behind their internal “magic button” — a tool that now produces thousands of accurate, natural-sounding faculty bios in seconds.

Each bio was then reviewed by humans, allowing us to complete the entire project dramatically faster while maintaining accuracy. This meant departments could refresh profiles in days instead of months, freeing staff to focus on higher-value projects.

While the tool isn’t public-facing, the work earned me recognition as a trusted consultant for delivering results departments could count on.
