Trailblaze Fitness: Redefining Remote Coaching with a High-Converting Website

Business: Trailblaze Fitness, a personal training business specializing in remote coaching with the miindbody program.

Overview

Trailblaze Fitness, led by founder James Rand, needed a complete overhaul of its digital presence. With a GoDaddy-built site that failed to generate leads or represent the brand effectively, James approached me to create a high-converting website made to highlight his remote personal trainer coaching offer, miindbody.

Through a collaborative process, we transformed Trailblaze Fitness into an inviting and professional brand with a tailored website designed to convert visitors into clients. The site’s cohesive design and strategic structure now serve as a cornerstone for the business’s growth, and since launching has already netted him multiple miindbody clients signed.

Website Overview

The Goal

Increase leads and client conversions, particularly for the miindbody remote coaching program.

Establish Trailblaze Fitness as a brand of authority in personal training.

Highlight remote coaching while making the site approachable and inviting.

Challenges

Clarity on the Offer: James wasn’t initially clear on his unique value proposition, so we worked together to refine and prioritize his remote coaching services.

Unique Pricing Structure: Designing a responsive pricing card for four offers—one in-person and three remote tiers—was technically challenging and required a complex solution.

Lack of Visual Assets: Without professional photos, I created a detailed photography shot list to guide his local photographer, resulting in high-quality visuals that elevated the brand.

Using my brand clarity questionnaire, we moved to a welcoming palette of white, light blue, and orange accents.

Gradients, image pop-outs, and rounded edges were added to reflect the approachable and comfortable experience Trailblaze Fitness aims to provide and for Trailblaze to stand-out for the crowd
