Overview 🔍

This project is about redesigning and improving the dashboard of Mitra Jakmall so they can provide insightful information so that Mitra Jakmall can get more accurate information about their sales performance.

The Challange

Redesign the main dashboard to help the company improve user experience in monitoring and provide accurate information for their orders & sales.

My Role

Conduct competitive research to find pain points of the feature
Brainstorm & Iterate multiple solutions
Test solutions through Usability Testing
Finalize designs and release

Problem & Solution 💡

During mid-2022, there are a number of complaints and questions regarding the monitoring menu on Mitra dashboard listed below:
Top Questions and Complaints
Graphs to monitor their sales performance; Total Orders, Products Purchased, Omzet.
Information on changes to jakmall products, so that they can be updated immediately on the sales partner marketplace.
Updated Information to help Mitra get information faster
Information for Mitra can find out which orders must be entered with an AWB number for gosend/grab delivery

We have received many complaints from Mitra Jakmall. However, in order to focus on providing a good experience, we try to curate the problem first which can provide Mitra with insightful information to help them get accurate data.

Understanding Mitra Dashboard

Mitra Dashboard is one of the features that helps Partners monitor and manage Jakmall orders from the results of Partners selling Jakmall products on the marketplace.
So they will start monitoring from the start Jakmall processes the order until the buyer in their marketplace receives the order.

Remind the Goals:

Provide insightful information so that Mitra Jakmall can get more accurate information about their sales performance.

We will implement this principle in the Mitra Jakmall dashboard redesign

1. Replacing The Navigation Menu with a Sidebar Component

So that we can maximize page area, changing to a sidebar is the basis for us to be able to include more useful information.

2. Replacing onboarding cards with information boards

In order to remain informative, we put the Information board at the top of the section with a high level of importance for notice.

3. Adding Notification for Taxi Bike (Gosend / Grab Express)

We provide notifications of how many orders Mitra Jakmall have to input the AWB number and CTA to be directed to the order management page.

4. Adding Jakmall Product Change Log

Change Log for Mitra Jakmall can know updates quickly changes in the jakmall products they sell in marketplace.

5. Adding Performa Graph with Filter

Does this solve the problem?

Solve for Graphs to monitor their sales performance: we make the sales chart more insightful because we will pull data from their total orders, products purchased to products canceled with filter periods to make data search easier.
Solve for Information on changes to jakmall products: We added a list of all product change categories so Mitra Jakmall can choose which products are changing based on the change category.
Solve for updated Information to help Mitra get information faster: adding an information board will make it easier for Mitra Jakkmall to get important announcements for them faster and up to date.
Solve for input AWB number for gosend/grab delivery: provide information through notifications and the number of orders that must be inputted with the AWB number.

Launching

We are launching a new design dashboard to our Mitra. We see if the design we create is intuitive enough for users to use, hoping to achieve the goal:

Provide insightful information so that Mitra Jakmall can get more accurate information about their sales performance.

Overall Result 🎊

After testing directly with 6 Mitra Jakmall, we received unexpected feedback 🥹
Adding a Change Log -> (Help 4/6 Mitra Jakmall to quickly find out which products need to be adjusted for changes)
Replacing onboarding cards with information boards -> (Help 6/6 Mitra Jakmall get important information quickly without having to open a blog/email)
Added AWB input notifications (Help 5/6 Mitra Jakmall to process Gosend/Grab Express orders faster)
Added Performance Graph (Very Helpful 6/6 of Mitra Jakmall to get rich and accurate information for buying and selling of their products)
This is a very satisfying result for us 🔥
But it doesn't stop here. We are also still receiving simple feedback but much-needed from Mitra Jakmall, but we are actually eliminating it.
Yes, that is the Purchased Summary section which we think Jakmall Partners can easily do this task with a performance graph filter.
And, Mitra Jakmall provide input to the product team to further clarify the selection on the performance graph, for Total Orders and Products Purchased.
Also prefer remove canceled products and replaced with Omzet they feel is more useful.
