Selling multi-million dollar properties requires an emotional connection, yet most real estate apps feel transactional, cluttered, and utilitarian. They rely on stark white interfaces that fail to capture the mood and exclusivity of high-end architecture. High-net-worth buyers needed a platform that felt less like a database and more like a private digital showroom.

I engineered a "Cinema-First" dark mode interface designed specifically for OLED screens.

Atmospheric UI: Instead of true black, I used deep midnight hues Dark Blues & Purples to create depth and allow the property lighting to "pop" off the screen.

Smart Filtration: I removed generic filters and introduced lifestyle-based search e.g., "Infinity Pool," "Helipad," "Smart Home", tailored for the elite buyer.

Immersive Details: The property view is designed with an edge-to-edge layout, minimizing text and maximizing visual impact, giving the user the feeling of walking through the home at night.
