After completing this web app: Custom Svelte Chat UI/UX Connected to Python/Flask API - it was determined that Svelte was overkill, and difficult to enhance and maintain for the current dev team.

Was decided to convert it over to a simpler Python/Flask/HTMX app instead:

I converted Svelte code to use HTMX & JQuery instead of Svelte on the front-end.

Stayed with TailwindCSS and Preline UI for overall design elements.

Converted Svelte server-side node.js code to work in Python / Flask web app instead of node.js.

The web app was able to be fully converted and work with the same backend API calls (implemented as a separate Python/Flask app).

I ensured all apps were well documented, and setup as GitHub repos, and deployed as Web Apps in Azure with full CI/CD.
