BillingZa is a SaaS platform that simplifies business financial management. It includes quick invoice creation, payment tracking, customer management, part-payment options, QR code payments, and comprehensive financial reporting.
The app empowers business owners with seamless tools to manage and grow their operations efficiently.

My Role as a Designer
Responsibilities as a Designer:

Design user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.

My Design Process
1. Brainstorming and Ideation:
Collaborated with the client to outline the vision, goals, and target audience.
Sketched initial ideas to define the app’s core features.
2. Wireframe and User Experience Design:
Developed low-fidelity wireframes to map user journeys and workflows.
Focused on optimizing the user experience for efficiency and clarity.
3. UI Design, Prototype, and Micro-animation:
Created high-fidelity UI designs using Figma with interactive prototypes.
Added micro-animations to enhance usability and engagement.
4. Design Finalization and Handoff:
Delivered polished designs with detailed documentation for development teams.
Conducted a handoff session to ensure seamless implementation.

My Experience:
