Urbanhive: Revolutionizing Urban Herb Farming with Smart Design

Urbanhive is a Germany-based app for herb and plant care. It integrates with a smart farming device featuring LED lights and connectivity via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The app simplifies plant care, ensuring users can grow herbs and plants at home with minimal effort.

My Role as a Designer

I was hired as a Sr. UX/UI Designer & Illustrator, where I:

Conducted user research to identify pain points.

Designed an entirely new workflow and user experience. Redesigned the app's workflow to improve functionality and usability.

Revamped the app's layout and visual design. Revamped the entire layout to enhance the overall user experience.

Developed a scalable design system, ensuring consistency and easy future updates without overhauling core design elements.
