Streamlined Seller Platform for OBH Consulting Engineers
In Denmark, home sellers must complete a detailed condition report before selling, providing essential information on the property’s construction and any past damages. However, this process can be challenging due to complex industry terms, legal risks, and the need for accurate historical information. OBH Consulting Engineers, one of Denmark’s largest inspection providers, needed a way to improve seller data quality and reduce incomplete forms.
Objective
Dwarf was tasked with creating a tool to simplify the seller information process, making it easier and clearer for sellers to provide accurate details, while reducing OBH’s need for individual support.
Solution
We developed a streamlined platform integrated with OBH’s ERP and CRM systems, automatically guiding sellers through the form via:
Contextual Guidance: Clear instructions and visual aids tailored to each question.
Sequencing: Organized sections for reviewing the home’s condition logically from the exterior inward.
Progressive Disclosure: Only relevant questions are displayed, reducing overwhelm.
Feedback: Clear status indicators show sellers what’s completed and what’s pending.
Built with Laravel, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js, the platform ensures a distraction-free experience.
Result
Launched successfully, the platform improved seller data accuracy by 75% and reduced follow-up needs by 27%. Customer calls for technical help dropped by 88%, allowing OBH to save 67% of time on inquiries.
