I was brought on board to create a brand identity for LEDMOON, a company that provides innovative LED lighting solutions specifically designed for indoor crops.

LEDMOON was launching a new line of LED products aimed at indoor agriculture, targeting urban farmers and commercial growers. They needed a brand identity that reflected their cutting-edge technology while also appealing to the sustainability-focused agriculture community.

The main challenge was to design a brand that stood out in the rapidly growing indoor farming industry. The identity needed to communicate both the technical excellence of their lighting systems and their commitment to sustainable farming practices.

I started by researching the indoor agriculture market and the needs of modern growers. From there, I developed a logo that combined the name of the company with elements of nature—a sleek, modern design with a leaf and moon symbols subtly integrated into the typography. The color palette featured fresh greens with black and white accents, symbolizing growth and technology.

This project reinforced the importance of connecting a brand’s identity with its core values. I learned that by blending technology and sustainability in the branding, we could effectively communicate LEDMOON’s mission to both tech-savvy and eco-conscious audiences.

In future projects, I’d explore incorporating interactive elements, such as a web-based tool that allows users to simulate how LEDMOON’s lighting could optimize their indoor crops, further engaging potential customers.
