Their primary objective was to boost engagement through thoughtful copywriting and relatable creatives. Between 2020 and 2022, CartRun successfully built a substantial following and customer base.
However, with the introduction of competitors like Sixty60, PicknPay ASAP, and Woolies Dash, CartRun has faced challenges and seen a decline. Nonetheless, CartRun holds the distinction of being among the pioneers in grocery delivery services during the global pandemic.
