To engage the online audience and to drive traffic to both the e-commerce site and physical store, I designed newsletters, website banners, landing pages, and content for the website, as well as paid media assets. These digital marketing materials were crucial in maintaining a visually appealing and consistent digital presence. As a result, we significantly boosted online engagement and conversion rates, growing the email subscriber list by almost half – from 10K to 19K – and increasing Instagram followers from 21K to 51.6K. This ensured that the brand remained top-of-mind for both existing and potential customers.
