 Overview: I designed a 3-step abandoned cart recovery email flow for 'ModaTrend,' a fictional fashion brand. The emails are triggered when a customer leaves items in their cart without completing a purchase, reminding them to finalize their order. The flow included a series of touchpoints—an initial reminder, product recommendations, and a final discount offer to drive conversions.
  Goal: Recover abandoned carts to increase revenue.
  Strategy:
Email 1: Reminder email sent within 1 hour of cart abandonment.
Email 2: Personalized product recommendations based on cart items, sent 24 hours later.
Email 3: Final reminder with a discount code, sent 48 hours after abandonment.
  Potential Outcome: Designed to recover 15-20% of abandoned carts, this flow can potentially add an extra $10,000 per month in revenue.
