While leading a team of intelligence analysts on a deployment, I faced a serious manning constraint. I simply did not have enough qualified and experienced analysts to meet the growing demand for our services. The only solution was to find opportunities to automate our processes wherever possible.

Through value stream mapping, process documentation, and data analysis, I was able to build out a framework for automating our most crucial and time consuming tasks. I worked with my software engineer to build systems that met all of the compliance and accuracy requirements. The end result allowed us to meet all customer requirements and save thousands of manhours.
