Online Article: "PCS: The most stressed military acronym around"

The military community has a lot on their plate - during the summer it revolves heavily around PCS (permanent change of station). I wrote this article to recognize the stresses I saw playing out amongst my military friends and family. I linked it to two psychologists work on our relationship with stress and the recognition that emotions are neither bad nor good - rather normal.
Tough emotions are part of our contract with life. You don’t get to have a meaningful career, or raise a family, or leave the world a better place without stress and discomfort. Discomfort is the price of admission for a meaningful life.”
