Problem
The client was receiving many email replies from outreach campaigns, but the team had to manually read every message to identify who was interested, not interested, or required follow-up. This was time-consuming and caused delayed responses to warm leads.
Solution
I built an AI-powered workflow that automatically reads incoming email replies and classifies each message based on intent.
The system:
• Detects reply emails instantly
• Uses AI to understand message intent
• Labels contacts (Interested / Not Interested / Follow-Up)
• Updates the CRM & lead sheet automatically
Result
The team no longer needed to manually check every inbox. Warm leads were identified immediately and responded to faster, improving response time and outreach efficiency.
Impact
The automation reduced repetitive inbox work and ensured no interested prospect was missed, allowing the client to focus only on high-value conversations.
