An Asura’s Rage is a self-reflection of personal brushes with hypermasculinity as a Asian man using metaphors that are steeped in Buddhist cosmology. It is a fashion film that explores the roots of what it means to be masculine in strength, pride, religion, athleticism, sex, family and a binary system.
