Product & Visual Design + Animation for Orange App

At Sign, a Web3 identity and onchain attestations company, I helped shape the Orange App into a product experience that felt trustworthy, modern, and genuinely fun to use. With the platform scaling into a 100,000+ user community, I led the visual direction and motion layer across the experience, ensuring the UI system held up under real usage and rapid iteration.

On the product side, I designed and animated the moments that define how the app feels: onboarding flows, progress and success states, badge evolution and upgrade screens, and key feedback loops that guide users without friction. My approach wasn’t “add animation” but use motion as product communication—clarifying state changes, reinforcing rewards, and making interaction feel alive while staying lightweight and consistent.

On the marketing side, I designed and animated the landing page to match the product’s energy and credibility, turning the value proposition into a clear visual story that translated well for new users and partners. The result was a cohesive end-to-end experience where brand, UI, and motion worked together as one system.

The goal wasn’t just to create visually appealing designs. It was to make the experience relatable to the community, speaking their language through thoughtful visuals and purposeful animation.
