A seamless real estate platform connecting property owners, agents, and renters. It allows agents and homeowners to list properties for sale, rent, or short-term stays while helping renters and buyers find their ideal homes with ease.
My Role: I led the redesign of HomeSync’s landing page, ensuring clear and intuitive navigation for users looking to rent, buy, or list apartments. I focused on creating a clean layout that makes it easy for users to browse properties and take action quickly.
Problem: HomeSync was struggling with low sign-ups, high bounce rates, and little to no conversions on their landing page. Users were dropping off without taking action, indicating poor navigation, unclear value messaging, and a lack of user engagement.
Solution: I redesigned of the landing page with a focus on simplifying the user journey, making key actions like renting, buying, or listing properties more accessible. Following the launch, the platform saw a 38% drop in bounce rate, a 45% increase in sign-ups, and a 33% boost in overall conversion rates.
