The Business Challenge The Inn at Windmere, a premium boutique farmstead, was losing direct reservations due to underperforming legacy web software. Their booking funnel was fragmented by third-party redirects, and their heavy visual assets were causing massive load delays, resulting in a high bounce rate.

The Engineering Solution We engineered a high-speed Vue.js Single Page Application (SPA) to completely replace their legacy setup. We focused heavily on the mobile conversion funnel, integrating their reservation engine natively into the DOM to eliminate friction.

SPA Architecture: Rebuilt the entire digital footprint as a lightning-fast Vue.js application, completely neutralizing page-load latency.

Seamless Booking Integration: Embedded the Eviivo reservation engine directly into the application shell. By preventing users from bouncing to a third-party domain, we secured the booking funnel and increased direct conversions.

Heavy Media Optimization: Modernized the digital brand by reconstructing heavy image assets for optimal delivery and embedding an interactive virtual walkthrough natively without sacrificing mobile performance scores.
